Good. Everything worked. Shower had great pressure. Negative: Hardwood floors very dirty. Don't walk around barefoot footed. No door mat to wipe feet before entering room. Great price no frills motel. No coffee in room.

I come to Palestine at least every other month and stay here. The rooms are always clean. Comfy beds. Love that we always have a mini fridge and microwave. The last few times the biscuits were hard as a rock or still dough. Aside from that I have zero complaints.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Booking.com did not reserve 2 rooms as was requested. Staff stepped in a helped with getting the second room.

We didn't have breakfast had to get back to the track meet. It was at a great spot and close to the school.

clean room, front desk staff was good! breakfast was okay and the pet fee was very reasonable ! Overall good stay.
